Before submitting a request form for a new, upgrade, or replaced phone; it is required that you receive approval from your department director/manager. After your request is submitted, your request will be sent to your department director/manager to review and approve your request before the order is submitted.

How do I transfer my information from my old phone to my new phone?

What if my old phone cannot be turned on, how do I get my information from my old phone?

You can check your cloud to see if you have any information saved. It is recommended that you update your phone and have your contacts, messages, photos, videos, and etc. backed up daily or as often as possible.

What do I do with my current phone?

If your phone was purchased by the department, it will be up to the department director/manager to determine if the phone can be used within the department or sold.
